INJAZAK Cables, Lda., operates in the industrial sector, specializing in injection and injection components ZAMAK, manufactures cables for mechanical control and production of injected cables. The organization main objective is the satisfaction of our current and potential customers through the permanent product quality improvement as well as sustained growth.

In order to achieve and maintain this objective consistently and permanently, INJAZAK has decided to establish a Quality Management System in accordance with the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard and continues to maintain with a view to comply the requirements and continuous improvement effectiveness.

The guiding principles of this Quality Management System are:

Obtain the satisfaction of the customers aiming at their fidelity, guaranteeing the quality of the products, according to the established specifications.
Promote quality by giving priority to approved suppliers with better responsiveness.
Involvement and motivation of all company staff, through expressions of ideas and suggestions searching for constant opportunities to improve the work execution.
The company provides employees with required training they need to do their activities competently.

Achieving quality is responsibility of everyone, and each organization stakeholder is responsible for compliance with the applicable specifications, procedures and work instructions.

Management conviction is that its success depends on effective implementation of this policy, and publicly commits itself to general society, to make available all the necessary resources to the company collaborators, in order to jointly enable these objectives to be achieved.
